By booking our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client for any reason.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due at the start of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments.
Cancellations with 48+ hours notice receive full refund. 24-48 hours notice receives 50% refund. Less than 24 hours notice is non-refundable.
All pets must be current on vaccinations. You must disclose any behavioral issues or health concerns. We reserve the right to seek veterinary care if needed.
While we take utmost care, we are not liable for any injury, illness, or damage that may occur to pets, property, or persons during service.
In case of emergency, we will attempt to contact you first, then your emergency contact, then seek veterinary care if necessary at your expense.
We require two sets of keys or keyless entry access. We are not responsible for any home security system malfunctions.
We may use photos of your pets in our marketing materials unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.
We may update these terms periodically. Current terms will always be available on our website.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Monroe County courts.
